A Tribute to Raiders Grad

Penny Semaia  1999

Penny was a 3 yr starter at Proctor. All-confrence 3 yrs and selected to Golden 50 Roster.  Penny along with his brother Reuben led Proctor to its first ever playoff appearance his senior year.  Penny was a gentle giant(Except on the field), everyone who met Penny loved him.  He was a leader on and off the field. Penny was a coaches dream anything you asked him was responded with "NO DOUBT COACH".

Penny recieved a D-1 offer from Pitt where he played DT and OG.  His best game was his Soph yr vs Syracuse where he had 4 tackles and a sack. Penny suffered numerous injuries throught his career which prevented him from reaching his fullest potential however, Penny was so well liked at Pitt he now works for the University.
