A Tribute to Proctor Grad:
				Arnold Santiago
							Arnold was a key member of the first ever playoff team at Proctor.  He was a very good WR/DB and a great person. Arnold is the older brother of Proctor/Syracuse Nick Santiago.
		Arnold attended Division 2 Mansfield University in PA.  Started 2yrs for them and led them in receptions his Jr. Year.
